Job summary

Jerry.ai seeks a hands-on Business Operations & Analytics professional embedded in growth, product, AI and automation, responsible for driving analytics end-to-end across a core business unit.

You will own problem framing, data collection, metric design, experiments, and actionable insights to guide strategic decisions and partnerships, with a bias toward rapid impact and scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: understand the business question and decision it informs.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights.
• Drive outcomes: bring recommendations to product, growth, finance or operations and outline next steps.
