Job summary

Jerry.ai is a remote-first company building an AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets. You'll sit on the central BizOps & Analytics team and be embedded in one core business area to own the analytical function end-to-end.

Define problems, build metrics, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that drive key metrics. You will push recommendations to product, growth, finance or operations and drive execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems and push back when necessary.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments.
• Drive outcomes by presenting recommendations to cross-functional teams.
