Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking an Associate, BizOps & Analytics to champion data-driven decisions and support growth across carrier growth, product development, and partnerships. You will leverage advanced analytics to extract insights shaping the company’s strategy as we scale to tens of millions of users.

As part of the BizOps & Analytics team, you will work with cross-functional partners to drive automation and efficiency while exploring new product opportunities from 0-1.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm or relevant ops/analysis experience.
• High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development to embed customer insights into acquisition strategies.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B experiments to inform product and business decisions.
• Define and test levers to drive profitable user acquisition and partnership growth.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
