Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States to lead commercialization of its first product.

You will educate healthcare providers on the product, build trusted relationships, drive adoption, and meet territory sales goals in a fast-paced biotech environment. This fully remote company requires up to 60% travel within the territory; a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales are preferred, with launch experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product and value.
• Develop territory business plan aligned with launch priorities and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted providers.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and key decision-makers.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and address customer questions with credibility.
• Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and support product pull-through.
