Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for a launch-and-growth role in the United States.

You will educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ first commercial product, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption across an assigned territory. This highly visible role requires strong selling skills, customer engagement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of disease state, clinical data, and guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among HCPs.
• Analyze territory trends and opportunities; course-correct as needed.
• Consistently deliver against sales goals and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Execute strategic call plans translating data into actionable customer actions.
• Communicate clinical data, product value, and access information clearly and credibly.
• Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and pull-through.
