Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals with strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management / Business Execution: develop and maintain disease state knowledge; build and execute a territory business plan; drive product adoption; analyze territory trends; deliver against sales goals; maintain territory reporting.
• Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence: execute strategic call plans; translate data into actions; communicate product value and access information; deliver high-quality presentations; address customer questions.
