Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to launch and grow our first commercial product within a designated US territory.

You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and achieve sales goals while thriving in a fast-paced biotech environment. You will lead strategic call plans, communicate clinical data effectively, and partner with cross-functional teams to address barriers to patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Past launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the disease state, data, and guidelines.
• Create and execute territory business plans aligned with brand strategy and priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and course-correct.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
