The role covers molecular biologists, bioprocess engineers, regulatory affairs specialists, and related positions. You will manage the complete recruitment cycle leveraging digital tools and your expertise in biotech terminology,
Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in biotechnology/pharmaceutical life sciences.
- Proven ability to source and hire for scientific/technical roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview biotech/biopharma candidates.
- Develop proactive recruitment strategies for top talent.
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from outreach to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
