Repligen Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Bioprocessing Account Manager to cover a territory spanning New Jersey, New York, and Delaware, with a remote, home-office based setup in Massachusetts. You will drive opportunities, manage key accounts, and develop pipelines from lab-scale to full process scale in biopharma.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in life sciences sales, a BSc in a scientific field, and strong knowledge of cell culture, chromatography, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in biopharma or life sciences.
• BSc in a scientific discipline required.
• Strong knowledge of Cell Culture, Chromatography and Filtration preferred.
• Proven ability to build mutually beneficial customer relationships and manage key accounts.
• Travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop and execute a Territory Sales Plan with local team.
• Lead negotiations with technical and procurement teams.
• Build and maintain strategic account relationships.
• Develop pipeline and forecast using CRM data.
• Support customers through clinical development to full scale.
