Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager in the United States to drive revenue by generating and qualifying leads, performing virtual demonstrations, and closing deals on consumables and selected systems.

You will collaborate with field sales, marketing, and technical support teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong relationship with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 2+ years of inside sales or similar role with a proven track record.
• Tech-savvy with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
• Proficient in SFDC and Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through calls, email, and social channels.
• Qualify leads based on needs, budget, and timeline for consumables and systems.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations.
• Close deals and follow up to finalize agreements with customers.
• Maintain and update SFDC with accurate data and activities.
