Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Biochemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and field sales.
• Deep knowledge of engineered systems for unit operations including chromatography and filtration.
• Understanding of engineering control platforms (e.g., DeltaV, Siemens) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a portfolio of downstream, upstream and single-use engineered systems & software.
• Develop and execute a regional management plan with the Regional Sales Director and Global Leader.
• Develop customized modular engineered solutions for customers in upstream and downstream bioprocessing.
• Provide URS support and prepare proposals based on customer requirements.
• Lead negotiations with technical and procurement teams and drive the sales process to exceed targets.
• Establish and maintain strategic key account relationships and develop new target accounts within the territory.
