Repligen is seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer I to join our Service team. You will provide technical support to customers, Field Service Engineers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders across Repligen bioprocessing products and technologies.

This role emphasizes troubleshooting, documenting cases in Salesforce, and collaborating with R&D, Quality, and sales to resolve issues and improve products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field such as Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or Chemistry.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in technical support, engineering, manufacturing, equipment service, or similar environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach.
• Experience with technical equipment, instrumentation, software, or engineered systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely and effective technical support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, video, and other channels; troubleshoot hardware, software, process, and system inquiries.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Repligen's product portfolio and bioprocessing applications.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders, gather technical information, and document updates for a positive experience.
• Analyze issues, identify potential causes, recommend next steps, and guide teams toward resolution.
• Manage technical support cases in Salesforce with accurate documentation of inquiries, troubleshooting, findings, and outcomes.
