Job summary

IREN is a vertically integrated AI Cloud provider delivering data centers and GPU clusters. The CSA BIM Specialist will coordinate BIM/VDC across design teams, trades, and IREN's internal VDC group to ensure adherence to BEP and project standards.

The role is site-based with travel, requiring hands-on coordination, clash resolution, and reality capture workflows to verify installations against the model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years BIM/VDC coordination on datacenter or heavy industrial projects.
• Expert proficiency with Navisworks for federation and clash management; strong Revit skills.
• Experience with coordination platforms (BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks, Revizto).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and coordination schedule.
• Manage federated project model in Navisworks; publish coordinated baselines.
• Chair project coordination meetings and track clash resolution to closure.
