Job summary

IREN is seeking a BIM Coordinator to own the BEP, manage the federated Navisworks model, and lead daily coordination with design teams, trades, and the internal VDC group. You will ensure data-rich model integrity and drive clash resolution to support safe, on-schedule construction of data center projects.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of BIM/VDC experience, strong Navisworks and Revit skills, and hands-on reality capture expertise to support field deployments and commissioning readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of BIM/VDC coordination on construction projects with data center or heavy industrial experience preferred.
• Site-based coordination experience is essential.
• Expert proficiency with Navisworks for federation and clash management; strong Revit skills.
• Experience with coordination platforms (BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks, Revizto).
• Reality capture planning with LIDAR scans and point clouds integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and model exchange cadence.
• Manage federated project model in Navisworks and publish coordinated baselines.
• Chair project coordination meetings and drive issue resolution with clear ownership.
