Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) is seeking a BIM/VDC Lead to manage BIM implementation, modeling, and coordination for complex projects.

You will guide BIM strategies, develop execution plans, and ensure alignment with industry standards while collaborating with architects, engineers, and owners across multiple sites. The role emphasizes leadership in BIM/VDC, training teams, and applying advanced modeling to improve constructability, scheduling, and cost estimation.

Qualifications

• BIM/VDC leadership experience is required.
• Experience leading BIM implementation across projects preferred.
• Electrical construction experience is a plus.
• Certifications in BIM/VDC technologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM development, execution, and maintenance on projects.
• Establish BIM execution plans to meet requirements and standards.
• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to resolve conflicts.
