Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Virtual Construction Specialist to support BIM/VDC workflows for project coordination, scheduling simulations, and 3D modeling within the VDC group. You will develop integrated coordination models, run clash detections, and collaborate with project teams to drive efficient design and construction processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Technology.
• 1–3 years of experience in BIM/VDC Technologies in AEC industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with BIM/CAD applications is required.
• Programming/coding skills are preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Understanding of AEC workflows and delivery team roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project coordination models using Navisworks and generate clash reports.
• Participate in virtual collaboration meetings to resolve coordination issues.
• Extract quantity data from BIM for estimating, cross-checking drawings/specs.
• Create 3D models and integrated coordination drawings for design teams.
• Provide model-based layout coordinates and as-built reports for field teams.
• Process, register, and publish laser scan data for coordination and scan-to-BIM.
• Create 4D/5D renderings and detailed schedule visualizations for proposals.
• Support innovation through research of new technologies.
• Assist field teams with drone and reality capture services as needed.
