Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a Virtual Design & Construction Project Engineer to manage BIM coordination and VDC deployment on major projects. You will support model management, oversee coordination between clients, trade partners, project engineers, and field teams, and drive BIM workflows, QA/QC, and laser/sUAS data integration.

The role requires 2+ years in VDC or related roles, with strong experience in Revit, Acc, Navisworks, Fuzor, and SketchUp.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a VDC engineer/coordinator or similar role in construction.
Demonstrated knowledge of BIM software including Revit, ACC, Navisworks, Fuzor and SketchUp.
Ability to navigate complex federated models, design docs, RFIs and shop drawings.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Support model coordination with Architectural, MEPTF, Civil and other disciplines.
Oversee BIM workflows, QA/QC and best practices across the project life cycle.
Review VDC project setup, laser scans, and sUAS data integration.
Facilitate BIM meetings and MEPT coordination sessions.
Engage with job sites to understand VDC implementations and share best practices.
Present VDC results to clients and industry groups.
