Job summary

MATT Construction is seeking a VDC/BIM Coordinator to lead MEP coordination, manage 3D modeling workflows, and ensure model accuracy across the project lifecycle. You will develop BIM/VDC plans, support Revit users, and run clash detection in Navisworks and Procore.

Responsibilities include creating 4D simulations, site logistics planning, and integrating BIM scope into master schedules. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of VDC experience and is willing to work on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of VDC experience in all phases of construction.
• Willing to commute and work on site at projects.
• Strong understanding of materials and methods used in construction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Dependable and customer-focused with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP coordination meetings and process.
• Perform model-based QTO tasks as needed.
• Supplemental modeling of MEP and structural components.
• Develop BIM/VDC plans and project strategy.
• Conduct regular 3D model coordination and clash detection.
• Create 4D simulations and construction sequence visuals.
• Resolve Revit issues and support staff.
