Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a BIM/VDC Coordinator to lead model-based coordination for MEP and piping systems. You will manage Revit models, run Navisworks clash detection, and enforce BIM standards across design, construction, and fabrication teams.

You’ll develop BIM processes, host interdisciplinary meetings, and deliver 4D/5D model simulations where required, ensuring constructability and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years hands-on BIM modeling and VDC coordination on commercial/industrial projects.
• Proficiency with Revit for MEP and Navisworks for clash detection and model aggregation.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and evolve Revit models for MEP, piping and HVAC per BIM standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordination workflows using Navisworks; document clashes to closure.
• Develop and implement BIM/VDC processes, execution plans, and standards.
