Bowman is seeking a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to join our team remotely, supporting design technology tools and BIM workflows across mechanical and electrical disciplines.

The role focuses on administering software like AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and BIM360; developing BIM standards; and mentoring engineers and designers to improve model quality and project delivery. Remote work with regional travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five to seven years’ relevant industry-related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Civil Engineering software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, BIM360, Navisworks, and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a technical resource for Mechanical and Electrical BIM workflows, standards, and digital delivery initiatives.
• Lead development and implementation of MEP-specific Revit standards, content libraries, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to identify opportunities for workflow automation and data-driven delivery.
• Mentor engineers and designers on BIM techniques and tool usage.
• Review mechanical BIM models for BEP and standards compliance.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and conflict resolution.
