Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to join our team remotely. You will lead development of MEP BIM standards, automate workflows, and mentor engineers across mechanical and electrical disciplines.

Work with IT and project teams to ensure seamless integration of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, BIM360, and other tools, while maintaining BIM compliance and efficiency for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience with design technology tools.
• Deep knowledge of civil engineering software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley Microstation, Revit, BIM360, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin, maintenance, training, and support for design technology tools.
• Lead development and implementation of MEP BIM standards and automation tools.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to improve workflows and data delivery.
• Mentor engineers on advanced BIM modeling techniques and best practices.
• Review BIM models for BEP alignment and quality requirements.
