Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to work remotely, supporting design-tech software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and BIM360 across mechanical and electrical workflows. The role drives BIM standards, templates, and automation to improve model quality and delivery efficiency.

You will collaborate with IT and project teams, mentor engineers, and ensure BEPs and company standards are followed, while advancing Bowman’s digital delivery initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley Microstation, Revit, BIM360, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for MEP BIM workflows, standards, and digital delivery initiatives.
• Lead development and implementation of MEP BIM standards, content libraries, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to identify workflow automation opportunities.
• Mentor engineers and designers on BIM processes and best practices.
• Review BIM models for BEP and company standards compliance.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model conflicts.
• Support BIM standards, templates, and workflows development.
