Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to join our team remotely. The role focuses on administrating and advancing design technology tools to enable efficient BIM workflows across mechanical and electrical disciplines.

As a key BIM leader, you will develop standards, content libraries, and automation tools, while mentoring engineers. You will collaborate with project teams and leadership to deliver model-based solutions and compliant BIM execution plans.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years’ industry experience in design technology related roles.
• Deep knowledge of Civil/MEP software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley, Revit, BIM360.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of MEP BIM standards and automation tools.
• Mentor engineers and designers on BIM processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure BEP compliance and data-driven delivery.
• Provide technical support and configure design technology software for project needs.
• Coordinate with BIM Managers and discipline leads to achieve project goals.
