Job summary

Bowman Consulting is seeking a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to join our team remotely. The role provides administration, maintenance, training, and support for design-technology tools and services to ensure efficient project delivery.

You will lead BIM workflows for MEP, advance Revit standards, and mentor engineers. The role requires strong coordination with IT and project teams, plus staying current with industry tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley Microstation, Revit, BIM360, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for MEP BIM workflows, standards, and digital delivery initiatives.
• Lead development and implementation of MEP-specific Revit standards, content libraries, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to identify workflow automation opportunities.
• Mentor engineers and designers on BIM processes and advanced modeling techniques.
• Review BIM models for BEP compliance with standards and quality requirements.
• Develop and improve BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Collaborate with BIM Managers and project teams to set BIM goals and deliverables.
