Job summary

Bowman seeks a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to support design software tools remotely. You will lead MEP BIM workflows, develop standards, mentor engineers, and ensure model quality per BEP and company guidelines. Strong CAD/BIM knowledge and independent work ethic are essential for this role.

You will collaborate with IT, engineers, and project teams to optimize digital delivery, automate processes, and maintain tool configurations across projects.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Deep knowledge ofCivil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation, Revit, BIM360, Navisworks).
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication across all levels and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and support for design technology tools and software.
• Lead BIM workflow development, standards, and content libraries for MEP.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to automate workflows and data delivery.
• Mentor engineers on BIM processes, modeling techniques, and tool usage.
• Review BIM models for BEP and company standards compliance.
• Contribute to BIM standards, templates, and project delivery practices.
