Job summary

Bowman seeks a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to support design technology tools and BIM workflows remotely. You will administer and optimize software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM360; mentor project teams; develop MEP BIM standards and libraries; collaborate with engineering leadership to improve automated workflows and data-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in related field required.
• Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years’ relevant industry-related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering software applications, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley Microstation, Revit, BIM360, Navisworks, and other industry-specific tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively and communicate with employees of all levels both in person and electronically.
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration, maintenance, training, and support for design technology tools.
• Lead development and implementation of MEP-specific Revit standards, content libraries, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to identify opportunities for workflow automation and data-driven project delivery.
• Mentor engineers and designers on BIM processes and best practices.
• Review BIM models for compliance with BEP and company standards.
• Collaborate with BIM Managers and Project Managers to set project BIM goals and deliverables.
