Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Billing Tech Support Specialist (B2B SaaS) to support clients via email and become a core member of the Customer Experience Team.

The role focuses on RCM and billing software questions, ticket triage, and elevating customer satisfaction while helping shape product features. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer-facing tech support, a medical billing background (Physical Therapy billing preferred), and strong analytical and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in tech support or similar.
• Medical billing background required, Physical Therapy billing preferred.
• Experience in clinical development or medical billing operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and requests regarding RCM and billing software via email.
• Triage tickets and escalate to appropriate teams with necessary details.
• Support engineering ticket creation, review and prioritization.
• Develop deep understanding of product offerings to respond to inquiries via single-channel support.
• Promote customer satisfaction by understanding customers' evolving needs and delivering value.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product and service features.
