Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is seeking a Billing Tech Support Specialist to serve clients via email support and contribute to the Customer Experience Team. You will handle RCM and billing software inquiries, triage tickets, and collaborate with engineering to prioritize issues while promoting high customer satisfaction.

You will develop product expertise to respond to inquiries and look for opportunities to improve features and processes, in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in tech support or similar.
• Medical billing background required; Physical Therapy billing preferred.
• Experience in clinical development or medical billing operations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot/test software use cases.
• Proactive, self-motivated and autonomous with fast learning ability.
• Ability to multitask, keep records, prepare reports and follow instructions.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adopt software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions regarding RCM and billing software via email using our help desk platform.
• Triage tickets, escalate to appropriate teams, and provide needed details for resolution.
• Support engineering ticket creation, review and prioritization.
• Develop deep understanding of product offerings to respond to inquiries across our single-channel support system.
• Promote customer satisfaction by understanding each customer's needs, delivering value and exceeding expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve product and service features to enhance the customer experience.
