Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in a clinical position in a healthcare environment.
- Highly analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot/test use cases in software.
- Proactive, self-motivated and self-directed with quick learning ability.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions via email using our help desk to provide accurate solutions.
- Triaged tickets, escalated to appropriate teams with necessary details.
- Support engineering ticket creation, review and prioritization.
- Develop deep understanding of product offerings to respond to inquiries.
- Promote customer satisfaction by delivering value and exceeding expectations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance product and service features.
