Qualifications
- Experience as a Rehab Clinician (e.g., SLP, OT, PT, COTA, PTA)
- Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting/test use cases in software
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to learn quickly with minimal supervision
- Thrives in dynamic environments and can manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in MS Excel
Responsibilities
- Lead client inquiries via chat/email support and ensure best possible experience
- Serve as champion for each customer, guiding them through solutions
- Assist in developing and updating knowledge bases for scalable support
- Improve customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing evolving needs
- Help establish efficient processes and workflows for the support team
- Provide feedback to Product to translate user needs into features
- Participate regularly in the customer support queue to stay updated with Prompt software
