Launch Tennessee is seeking an Associate Billing Success Manager to work remotely and assist billing teams in using the Prompt platform. This role is essential for training and optimizing billing practices within outpatient physical therapy clinics.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years in medical billing, strong technical skills, and proficiency in Excel. The role includes competitive salary between $50K - $75K, equity opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in the medical billing industry.
• Must have experience billing for outpatient physical therapy clinics.
• Very strong technical skills operating various software platforms.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel.
• Possess strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with billing teams to train them on billing best practices.
• Assist in teaching submission, posting, invoicing and AR best practices.
• Understand unique team needs to help configure workflows.
• Provide ongoing support to customers via help desk.
• Be highly proficient in reporting and metrics.

2+ years in the medical billing industry
