Prompt is seeking a Billing Tech Support Specialist to assist rehab therapy businesses with RCM and billing software via email. You will join a high-performing Customer Experience Team and demonstrate expertise in Prompt’s software while resolving client inquiries efficiently.

The role emphasizes quick learning, strong analytical skills, and proactive service delivery, with remote/hybrid options and opportunities for equity based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles such as tech support or similar.
• Medical billing background required; Physical Therapy billing preferred.
• Experience in clinical development or medical billing operations.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and testing abilities.
• Proactive, self-directed, quick learner, capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions about RCM and billing software via email with accuracy and speed.
• Triaging tickets, escalating to appropriate teams, and providing detailed context.
• Assist in creating, reviewing, and prioritizing engineering tickets.
• Develop deep product knowledge to answer inquiries across the support system.
• Promote satisfaction by understanding customer needs and delivering value.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product and service features.
