Job summary

Swyfft is seeking a Billing Support Representative for a 100% remote U.S. role. You will process refunds, credits, and charge adjustments while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance billing or related field, strong Excel reporting, and solid communication. MS Office, Zendesk experience is a plus, and you must have reliable internet and a quiet home office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in insurance, billing support, or related field.
• Strong Excel reporting and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of refunds and cancellation offsets daily.
• Research and resolve policyholder inquiries to ensure accurate offsets and refunds.
• Update customer information and maintain detailed transaction notes.
• Follow internal guidelines and timeframes for policy credits.
