Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a US Telecommuter for a full-time Billing role in the Lincoln, NE area. The position focuses on creating accurate client installment and audit invoices, aligning with business line requirements, and maintaining revenue reporting by client and location.

Responsibilities include reconciling client claim disbursement accounts, delivering invoice reporting packages, and researching/resolving issues for internal and external customers while supporting the organization's quality

Qualifications

• Two years of billing or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Creates accurate installment and per claim invoices for assigned clients; properly allocates revenue to appropriate clients and company locations.
• Generates and maintains department systems.
• Maintains a system of Recurring Journal Entries to defer revenue.
• Keys journal entries for accounting staff.
• Maintains client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts.
• Creates monthly revenue versus budget variance reports.
