Evercam is seeking a Billing Specialist for a fully remote role. You will ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and resolve billing discrepancies while collaborating with the finance, sales, and customer teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in billing or accounts receivable, experience with Xero/Zoho Books/SAP, and strong skills in Google Sheets, analytics, and communication. This position supports global customers from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 1–2 years in billing/accounts receivable in US regions preferred.
• Experience with Xero, Zoho Books, or SAP.
• Proficient in Google Sheets for analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices and manage billing schedules.
• Follow up on outstanding payments to maintain cash flow.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with customers and internal teams.
• Provide customer support for billing inquiries.
• Assist process improvements and system updates.
