Job summary

Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Billing Specialist based in the United States. You will manage daily billing cycles, invoicing, and AR, ensuring accurate client accounts and timely revenue processing across all client relationships.

Collaborate with finance, operations, and client success teams to resolve discrepancies, monitor balances, and maintain comprehensive billing records. This role requires attention to detail and strong communication in a remote, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, invoicing, or general financial administration.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Stripe.
• High level of accuracy when working with numbers, ledgers, and spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client and internal interactions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily billing, invoicing, and revenue collection workflows for business clients.
• Review account details, contracts, and usage data to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Investigate and resolve client billing inquiries and payment processing issues.
• Maintain billing software and client ledger records for reporting.
