Job summary

Included Health is seeking a billing and accounts receivable specialist to manage billing, AR, and collections in a remote-first healthcare environment. You will handle invoicing, credit memos, and reconciliations to keep revenue streams accurate and timely.

The role requires 2+ years of accounting experience in customer billing and AR, strong Advanced Excel skills, ERP experience, and knowledge of GAAP. Experience with quote-to-cash in SaaS is a plus, supporting audits and system improvements.
