Responsibilities

• Record incoming payments and reconcile with open invoices.
• Follow up on past-due balances professionally with leadership when needed.
• Respond to family billing questions clearly via email.
• Maintain clean, auditable billing records and account histories.
• Provide weekly billing status reports to leadership.
