Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and business software.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite or builder portals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Verify billing information and supporting documentation.
• Submit invoices via customer portals and billing platforms.
• Maintain organized billing records in company systems.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts receivable reporting and collections as needed.
• Follow procedures, deadlines, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with AR team to improve processes.
• Support additional billing and administrative tasks as needed.
