You will audit invoices, process transactions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. Daily duties include setting up customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with collections when needed, while following policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED with 2+ years billing-related experience; higher education adds experience
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document resolution and escalate when needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and billing systems; experience with Oracle
• Experience handling customer or vendor inquiries and maintaining accurate records

Aufgaben

• Process billing transactions, invoices, credits, and account adjustments accurately and on time
• Set up and maintain customer accounts in billing systems
• Review, verify, and audit billing information for accuracy
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and inquiries
• Post payments and adjustments to accounts
• Monitor billing reports and identify exceptions
• Assist with collections-related activities and payment tracking
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing concerns
• Maintain documentation and comply with billing policies and regulatory requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance billing efficiency
