Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years billing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook; Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process billing transactions, invoices, credits, and adjustments within timelines.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts in billing systems.
• Audit billing information for accuracy and completeness.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Post payments and monitor billing reports for exceptions.
• Support collections-related activities as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing concerns.
