Qualifications

• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Oracle.
• Experience working with customers or vendors to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Process billing transactions, invoices, credits, and adjustments on time.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts in billing systems.
• Review and audit billing information for accuracy.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Post payments and adjustments to customer accounts.
