Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 2+ years of billing experience and customer-facing work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective accounting, organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process billing transactions, invoices, credits, and adjustments accurately within timelines.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts in billing systems.
• Review, verify, and audit billing information for accuracy.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Post payments and adjustments to customer accounts.
• Monitor billing reports for exceptions or issues.
• Assist with collections-related activities as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
