Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist I to join our Billing team in Cherryville, NC or remote. This role focuses on accurate billing processes and clear communication with service providers and team members, supporting invoicing for Cox Fleet.

The position requires strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with data entry and VMRS coding. Flexible remote options are available within the US.

Competenze

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.

Mansioni

• Contact service providers regarding invoice discrepancies or inquiries.
• Determine and mark invoices as Work & Cost Complete (WACC).
• Audit invoices for discrepancies and verify customer approval limit.
• Drag and drop invoices into appropriate events within the system.
• Execute TMCare resets as applicable.
• Process rebills for Roadside and TMCare services.
• Index invoices into the workflow system.
• Perform VMRS coding and costing of invoices, and audit invoices to ensure correct billing.
• Respond to Purchase Order (PO) line inquiries and handle overflow calls.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned within the Billing department.
