ElevenLabs is seeking a Billing Operations Manager to oversee the full billing lifecycle for our enterprise accounts, spanning provisioning, mid-cycle changes, renewals, and offboarding. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering to ensure accurate configurations and clean invoices.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in billing operations or revenue/finance ops for B2B/enterprise.
• Experience turning closed-won deals into correct billing configurations.
• Strong attention to detail with a track record of catching discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Translate closed-won deals and order forms into correctly configured subscriptions.
• Manage mid-cycle changes and renewal mechanics; upgrades, downgrades, seats, plan switches.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and final invoices or credits; ensure no residual billing.
• Run periodic audits to verify billing vs contracts; remediate ghost subscriptions.
