ElevenLabs is seeking a Billing Operations Specialist to own the full billing lifecycle for enterprise accounts, from provisioning to renewal and close. You will ensure accuracy across Salesforce, Stripe, and related systems, drive automation, and lead initiatives to improve billing processes while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Engineering.

Competenze

2-5 years in billing/revenue/finance operations for B2B/enterprise.
Experience turning closed-won deals into correct billing configurations.
Hands-on with a subscription billing platform (Stripe Billing or similar).
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
Ability read contracts or order forms and compare to provisioning.
Experience with month-end/quarter-end close.
Comfort with Salesforce as source of truth for deals.
Excellent cross-functional communication.

Mansioni

Provisioning: Translate closed-won deals to correctly configured subscriptions in billing platforms; reconcile between order forms and provisioning; partner with Engineering to identify automation opportunities and build guardrails.
Subscription & account management: Process mid-cycle changes and manage renewal mechanics; offboarding cleanly; resolve invoice discrepancies raised by customers or CS team.
Revenue integrity: Run periodic audits of active subscriptions; identify ghost subscriptions and orphaned invoices; support month-end/quarter-end close; surface pricing/configuration anomalies.
