TRM Labs is seeking a Revenue and Billing Operations Manager to own the billing function and drive scalable, audit-ready revenue processes. You will automate manual tasks, strengthen controls, and partner with Sales, Legal, and Accounting to align contracts with downstream billing.

You will shape the automation roadmap, evaluate billing solutions with AI, and deliver fast, reliable reconciliations. This is a hands-on leadership role in a lean, fast-moving finance team that values executable

Responsabilidades

• Automate manual billing work, reconciliations, invoice generation, and data validation with AI-assisted workflows.
• Strengthen revenue accounting to ensure audit-ready records and timely reconciliations.
• Evaluate and implement billing solutions that fit TRM's operating model.
• Build a prioritized automation roadmap and measure time saved.
• Develop scalable, resilient billing processes to support growth.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Accounting to assess contract-related downstream impact.
