Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Revenue and Finance Automation specialist to drive billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition strategies. You will collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and product teams to shape the order-to-cash process on Stripe Billing, helping customers reduce churn and optimize cash flow.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, design solutions for complex billing scenarios, and contribute to the product roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, subscription, or revenue management platforms (7+ years)
• Hands-on order-to-cash in SaaS, including subscription lifecycle management and revenue recognition
• Strong understanding of ASC 606/IFRS 15 and SaaS models
• Experience with billing/ERP software (NetSuite, Workday, SAP, Zuora, BillingPlatform)
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on Stripe's Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition to accelerate opportunities
• Map order-to-cash processes to Stripe’s platform and architecture
• Discovery of customers' billing architecture to architect Stripe-based solutions
• Advise on complex billing scenarios and ERP integrations (NetSuite, Workday, SAP)
• Create reusable assets and reference architectures for sales and pre-sales teams
• Drive opportunities with Stripe's largest customers and influence product roadmap
• Represent Voice of the Customer to prioritize features and enhancements
• Identify trends and provide insights to product and sales stakeholders
