Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Invoicing Analyst to support accurate processing, validation, and delivery of customer invoices. This role will work with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure proper documentation in SFDC, Ariba, and Coupa.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented billing and invoicing experience.
• Experience with Salesforce SFDC and third-party platforms (Ariba, Coupa).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Validate customer data to ensure accurate booking and invoicing within SFDC.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain electronic checklists and tracking records for billed customers.
• Process and distribute invoices; upload to Ariba and Coupa when applicable.
• Maintain ITM files and ensure accurate invoicing information.
• Verify taxes are correctly calculated and collaborate with Tax Department.
• Process credits and billing adjustments as needed.
• Organize documentation in SharePoint for audits.
• Collaborate with Collections, CRM, Revenue Recognition to resolve disputes.
• Escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Recommend billing process improvements and support ad hoc projects.
