CoAd is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to support our billing operations, including invoice generation, validation, auditing, reporting, program enhancements, and revenue protection. The role demands strong analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with internal partners to research billing issues, ensure data integrity in Salesforce Billing and CPQ, and support monthly cycles

Qualifications

• 2+ years in billing, finance, or revenue operations.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar enterprise systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate, validate, post, and distribute monthly invoices in Salesforce Billing.
• Investigate discrepancies and correct billing where needed.
• Audit for revenue leakage and billing inconsistencies.
• Analyze invoice fluctuations and validate outputs in Salesforce Billing.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for AR and Finance.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and other departments on billing data.
